GoalkiteTerms of use
Welcome to Goalkite. By creating an account or using Goalkite, you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the privacy policy.
1. The service
Goalkite is software for tracking tasks, routines, projects and time spent, and sharing them with a team. It consists of the website, the web app, and the Windows, Mac and Android apps. We may add, change or remove features to improve the service.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate information when creating an account. Your account is personal; don't share your password with anyone.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think your account was used without permission, change your password right away and write to us.
- You must be at least 13 to use Goalkite; if you're under 18, use it with your parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Teams
When you create a team, you become its admin. Admins can add and remove members, change permissions and manage the team's projects. As the team admin, you are also responsible for the people you invite following these terms.
4. Your content is yours
The tasks, comments, files and other content you put into Goalkite belong to you or your team. We use this content only to provide the service to you (storing, syncing, sharing it with your team, sending notifications).
5. Unacceptable use
You may not use Goalkite to:
- store or share unlawful content,
- violate others' rights, harass them or send unsolicited bulk messages,
- try to get around the service's security, access other people's data, or disrupt the service by overloading it,
- copy and resell the software or reverse engineer it without permission.
If the service is used against these terms, we may suspend the account with prior notice, or without notice in serious cases.
6. AI assistant
The assistant works with a Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini key you enter yourself; those providers' fees and terms are yours. AI can produce wrong or incomplete information; review the tasks it suggests before adding them.
7. Fees
Goalkite is currently free. We may offer a paid Pro plan in the future. When a paid plan arrives, we'll announce its prices clearly in advance; the data in your free account and the features that were free until then won't be charged for unless you move to a plan.
8. Continuity of the service
We work to keep Goalkite running without interruptions or errors, but we can't guarantee it. There may be outages caused by maintenance, updates or our infrastructure providers. For important work, we recommend keeping your own backup of your data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (such as lost profits or lost business) arising from the use of, or inability to use, Goalkite. This limit doesn't apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part, or where consumer law provides otherwise.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using Goalkite at any time. To close your account, just write to us; your account is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If there's an important change, we'll announce it in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Goalkite after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your rights as a consumer are reserved.
